Impact Crusher Parts

The Impact Crusher is mostly used for primary, secondary and fine crushing of all kinds of stones&rocks such as granite, marble, and limestone of which compressive strength less than 350 MPa. When the material enters the impact crusher, it is impacted by the high-speed rotating blow bar. After being impacted, the material gains huge kinetic energy and is thrown to the first chamber impact plate. After the impact plate hitting, the material is crushed again to the second impact chamber. The material returned by the counter-attack plate was hit again by the blow bar and continued to be crushed. When the material goes back and forth between the blow bar and the impact plate, there is also the interaction between the materials. The finished products are cubic shape, better serve as high quality aggregates.
