Description
The function of the impact apron is to withstand the impact of the material hit by the blow bar, so that the material is rebounded back to the impact cavity, and the impact crushing is performed again to obtain the desired product size. The impact rack is equipped with curtain liners in material of wear-resistant manganese or high chromium white iron, which is generally welded by steel plates. Sunrise impact apron is made of high-manganese steel as a whole casting, and its hardness is much higher than that of ordinary welded structure. This design offered longe service life.
Normally the impact crusher has 2 or 3 impact aprons. They are suspended from the upper frame or fixed on the lower frame. The impact lining plate is fixed on the impact apron with bolts. During the crushing process, the impact lining plate is impacted by the rocks crushed. When non-crushed objects enter the crusher, the impact force on the counterattack plate increases sharply, forcing the tie rod bolt to compress the spherical washer, causing the tie rod bolt to retreat and be lifted up, allowing the non-crushed objects to be discharged, ensuring the safety of the crusher frame. In addition, by adjusting the nut on the tie rod bolt, the gap size between the hammer head and the impact apron can be changed, thereby controlling the particle size range of the crushed products.
