Product Description
We adopt open arc surface welding technology to overlay high hardness wear-resistant layer on ordinary mild steel. This product hardness in working face is HRC55-62. It combines the high hardness of chromium carbide and toughness of base steel plate. It can be curled, welded or bolt connected under different kind of working condition.

The hard face layer and base plate are combined into one piece. The overlay chromium carbide layer is even and smooth with micro cracks. We call it stress released micro crack. It can reduce the residual stress and deformation during overlaying procedure. There is no influence of wear-resistant function. The overlay hard layer consists of high chromium alloy with Mo, W, V, B, Nb, Ti, etc. We can adjust the chemical composition according to customized requests. So that our wear resistant plate provides eutectic+M7C3 metallographic to bear high temperature, high impact strength and wear-resistant function.
